Cancellations and Return Policy:
- We stand behind every single item and are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products and service. However, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or return authorization. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on customer input errors (e.g., typos, layout).When placing a personalized order, we suggest that you preview your proof carefully for mistakes and placement. Once the proof is approved, we are not responsible for any errors that may have been overlooked. If a mistake is made on an order, we offer a 20% discount to have the order reprinted and shipped in a prompt manner.
- In the case of a Julia D. Azar Designs error, please accept our sincere apology and be assured that we will remedy the error as quickly as possible. Once notified of our error, we will offer you a full refund, credit towards future purchase or complete exchange with the quickest shipping option possible. If you select a full refund, we will ask that you please return the order in its original form and packaging. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the shipment. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
- A cancellation, after Julia D. Azar has starting processing your order, will result in a $25 cancellation fee. If blank stock is returned without an authorization code, a 20% restocking fee will be added to the order.
Digital Photo Requirements
For our digital photo cards, we require a high resolution photo (300 dpi and/or 1 MB). The photo you choose may be too small for the product you selected. This can result in a fuzzy or pixilated final product. Please refer to the photo sizes provided for each card. In addition, attempting to re-size the photo might distort the image quality. Since the overall apprearance of your card is highly dependant on the quality of your photographs, it is important to use clear, original and unedited photos. If you have a larger version of the photo, or if you have another image that would be more suitable for a product, please use it instead.
We also respect and uphold the legal rights of photographers and image authors. If you have a copyrighted image and wish to use if for personalizing your item(s), please contact the photographer to request a signed copyright release for your own records.
If you have a studio image that does not indicate who created the work and you don’t know who created it, you may be able to say it is “fair use.”Copyright Indemnification. The purchaser agrees not to hold Julia D. Azar Designs responsible for all costs, expenses, attorney's fees or judgments resulting from any claims or lawsuit made against Julia D. Azar Designs for any grounds claiming that the work produced violates any copyright or proprietary right of any person or entity.
Sales Tax
Our offices are located in Arkansas, so we are required by law to collect a sales tax for in Arkansas sales at rate of the city, county & state in which they reside. Orders shipped outside of Arkansas are exempt from sales tax.
Rush Policy
- For holiday items, the rush fee is $50. This fee will make the turnaround times: 2 business days for proofs and 2 business days to ship. Please allow an extra day if we are sparkling or assembling.
- For all items (not holiday), it is $25. This fee will make the turnaround times: 1 business day for proofs and 1 business day to ship. Please allow an extra day if we are sparkling and/or assembling your order.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and coupons. We also accept cashiers checks, money orders and personal checks via post (orders will not ship untill payment is received). We use the highest quality encryption and authentication methods for all sensitive data.
Printing Blank Stock
All of our blank stock is available for you to print yourself. Our card stock is compatible with most straight feed inkjet and laser printers. However, since all printers are different, you should check your printer’s manual to see if our products are compatible.
Privacy Policy
The information we obtain from you is used to ensure proper ordering, billing and shipping of your order. We also use this information to track customer usage, product status and mailing lists. These are used fro specials and newsletters. We will not share, sell or give out any information obtained through our website. Confidentiality is a priority to us.

Applying Coupons/Gift Certificate Codes to an Order
Special offers and coupon codes are sent to our customers periodically. If you have received one, you can redeem it during the checkout process. Just enter the code into the Coupon box and then click on the apply button. If using a Gift Certificate, enter the number and pin# into the indicated, then press the “Redeem Certificate” button. You will see the discounts on your invoice.
Adding Art, Logo or Another Language
You may add artwork, your logo and a different language to your cards. You must send the file in an EPS, PDF or AI file with the text as you would like it to appear on the invite to info@juliadazar.com. The subject of the email needs to have the family name in it.
